  The Customer Service department is the primary contact point for people inquiring about a wide variety of telecommunication services. Our customers consist of members of the University community as well as people needing to communicate with faculty, staff or students on campus.

  Customer Service is the agency to call when you need telecommunication assistance, whether it is reporting trouble with a telephone or data device, local, long distance and international calling problems or advice on how to make your telecommunications more effective.

  The campus telephone operators are an extension of Customer Service. They are in most cases the first point of contact people have with the University and serve a vital function.

  Residential Telecom is also an extension of Customer Service. This area handles the administrative and maintenance for the residential (student) telephone system.

  Customer Service provides a personal response to all inquires and treat every contact as a customer. All inquiries and complaints are addressed quickly and with courtesy. We strive to resolve all reported troubles within 24 hours.

  We also promote new products and applications to contribute to the growth of telecommunications technology for the benefit of the University.
