Residential Telecommunications
The Residential Telecommunications Office is responsible for the telephone service and ethernet jacks in the residence halls including voice mail, repairs, and general questions.

Voice Mail
The Voice Processing Services Office is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the University's OCTEL Voice Processing System, which serves approximately 15,000 campus users. This office is also the primary point of contact for voice mail and cellular phone inquiries.
