Message Waiting Light Problems?

If you are expecting a voice mail message and the message waiting light does not appear to be lit, you can check for voice mail messages by dialing the voice mail number 5-1000.

From your own on-campus phone:

Dial 5-1000
You will hear your recorded name
Enter your password

From another voice mail user's phone on-campus:

Dial 5-1000
You will hear their recorded name
Press *
Enter your voice mailbox number
Enter your password

From a non voice mail user's phone on campus:

Dial 5-1000
You will hear the Main Voice Mail Greeting
Press #
Enter your voice mailbox number
Enter your password

From off-campus:

Dial 545-1000
You will hear the Main Voice Mail Greeting
Press #
Enter you voice mailbox number
Enter your password
