Residential Long Distance Service Changes
[Creation Date: 12-May-04]
Effective Sunday, May 23, 2004, AT&T ACUS will no longer be providing residential long distance telephone service. A new long distance calling plan will be offered for the 2004 Fall semester.
Please note that this change does not affect administrative long distance calling.
As a courtesy, Residential Telecom is providing the UMass Minutes pre-paid calling card as an option for summertime long distance needs. This card includes 10 free minutes of long distance calling within the United States, and can be recharged easily.
Additional information about residential long distance calling is available at the Residential Telecom Web site, or by calling 545-2103.
