Upon arrival to campus you will be receiving your Personal Billing Number (PBN) in your mailbox. If you did not receive a PBN please contact the PAETEC toll-free customer service number, 800-962-4772.
Your PAETEC Personal Billing Number (PBN) gives you the freedom to place calls from anywhere on campus. By using your PBN, you agree to pay for all calls placed with your PBN, whether or not you made them personally. Do not share your PBN with anyone! If your PBN is lost, or you suspect that it has been stolen, contact PAETEC Customer Service at 800-962-4772.
Students please note that when using voice mail, you may be asked for a mailbox number. Mailbox numbers are the last five digits of your telephone number (e.g., 6-xxxx).
To use voice mail, you must initialize it when you move into your room or campus apartment. To initialize your voice mail:
Dial 6.2000 from your residential telephone.
Listen to the instructions provided by the automated attendant.
Enter your initial password, which is the full seven digits of your telephone number (546.xxxx).
Follow the instructions for changing your password and recording your name and greeting. Passwords must be at least six digits long and cannot begin with a zero.
Be sure to discuss passwords and greeting with others sharing voice mail with you.
