Telephone System Upgrade

The academic/administrative telephone system was successfully upgraded
over the weekend. Here are a few things to check:
As part of the upgrade, any call forwarding (follow-me and external call
forward) destinations were cleared and may need to be reset.

If you have programmed a spare key on your phone within the last few
weeks, you may need to reprogram that key.

In some cases, a phone may not have dial tone. First try unplugging it and then plugging it in; this should reset the connection. If the phone
still doesn't work, please find a different phone and call Telecommunication Services at 5-2171 to report this or any other telephone problem.
