The University Voice Mail System

The University voice mail system continues to experience problems with the message waiting lights on the administrative side. A defective card in the system is causing the problems. A card has been ordered and will be installed on Wednesday, September 13th at 5:00pm. The voicemail system will be down for approximately 1 hour starting at 5:00pm tomorrow. As we continue to work on the problem, please be reminded that you can dial 5-1000 from your phone to check your messages.

On the student and resident side, if an extension is called directly and there is no answer, the caller is forwarded to the main University residential voice mail system. If the caller enters the originally called extension, a message will be left in the mailbox. Students can access messages in their mailbox by dialing 6-2000 from their telephone and entering their password.
