Cover Description: This year's directory cover features the UMass Old Chapel and the Campus Pond. The photograph was taken by Karen Howard during the fall of 2005.

Production Process: Each year, Telecommunication Services publishes a directory of telephone listings for the faculty and staff of the UMass Amherst campus. The directory is typically distributed during the December/January timeframe.

Information for the yellow pages is gathered from departmental Telephone User Group (TUG) Representatives. Information for the white pages is gathered on directory update cards and augmented with data from the PeopleSoft Information System database.
