413 Cellular / Paging rates
- Calls to cellular phones and pagers to exchanges within the 413 area code may or may not be free, depending on the cellular provider. For example, if you are calling a Verizon customer, you will not be charged. However, there may be a charge when calling a customer with a non-Verizon provider.
