Authorization Codes
A long distance authorization code allows faculty and staff members access to long distance dialing while on campus. An authorization code will be provided at the discretion of the individual's department.
Note: Authorization codes are associated with an individual, not a particular telephone.
To obtain the required Authorization Code Action Form to process the request, you can:
Contact your T.U.G. Rep for your department's policy regarding reimbursement for personal calls.
If unauthorized use of a long distance code is suspected contact the Telecommunication's Systems Office at 545-5737 (5-5737 on-campus) immediately.
