Continuing & Professional Education

There is a mandatory, non-refundable "OIT Residential Services Fee" for on-campus residents at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Telecommunications services will be activated when the "Summer Session Telecommunications Service Activation" form is received with full payment by the appropriate due date. The fee is $40 per session or $1/day for Variable Length Classes.

Payment must be made in U.S. currency in the form of a bank check or money order made payable to the Univeristy of Massachusetts and must include the 8-digit student I.D. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Payment should be mailed to:

Policy on Non-Payment for Services
The Office of Information Technologies, without further notification, may block any services (including telephone, voicemail and/or network access) for any overdue balance. The block on telephone service will be a change of service that will still allow for emergency calls only.
