A telephone user group representative (TUG Rep) is an important liaison between your department and Telecommunication Services. TUG Reps are volunteers who are responsible for the communication services (telephones, voice mail, etc.) that you use in your department on a daily basis. For example, if you have a problem with your telephone, or require additional services, you need to notify your TUG Rep. This area has been created to help facilitate some of those TUG responsibilities, as well as help our customers determine who their TUG Reps are.
