Establishing, Changing, or Cancelling Voice Mail

Anytime you want to establish, change, or cancel service, you must contact the T.U.G. (Telephone User Group) Representative for your part of the University. Your T.U.G. Rep is the liaison between your department and Telecom. He or she has the information, rates, and forms relating to voice mail service. Click here if you do not know who your TUG Rep is.

Two forms are used to establish, change or cancel voice mail:

  • The VOICE MAIL SERVICE FORM is used for installing, changing and deleting service for Basic, Enhanced, Listen Only, Transfer and TUG Rep Mailboxes. You can fill out this form online.

  • The CAMPUS MESSENGER MAILBOX REGISTRATION FORM is used specifically for installing, changing and deleting a Campus Messenger Mailbox. Using a Caller's menu, this mailbox allows separate, basic or enhanced voice mailboxes for up to nine people on one shared telephone line. To download a PDF copy of this form, click here (Requires the FREE Acrobat Reader).
  • If you would like to receive either form via fax machine or in the mail, call the Voice Processing Office at 577-4357. Completed forms should be signed by the T.U.G. Rep and faxed or mailed to Telecom at:

       Voice Processing Services
       101 University Dr. Suite B1
       Amherst, MA 01002

       Fax: 545-4656

If you need further assistance please send an e-mail to Voice Mail or call 577-4357.
