Voice Mail Applications
There are many voice mail applications on the U-Mass Amherst campus. You have probably encountered them when you call academic departments, campus services, or administrative offices.
In applications, callers are normally greeted with a menu of options in which they can enter numbers via the telephone keypad to access information or be transferred to a person.
The Voice Processing Staff can design voice mail applications to fit your personal or departmental needs. Prices vary depending on the design.
The features of a voice mail application are determined by the types of voice mailboxes used within that application. Please see Voice Mailbox Descriptions and Costs for a list of mailboxes currently available on the University of Massachusetts Voice Mail System.
