Voice Mail Usage Reporting
Various reports are available, free of charge, upon request. Reports can be used to analyze usage on specific mailboxes, charges, etc.
If you have questions about these reports or if you would like to discuss customized reports to fit specific needs, please call 577-4357.
The following is a summary of some of the reports available:
- Individual Subscriber Usage Activity Report
This detailed report is used to analyze usage on specific mailboxes and identify problem areas. This report tracks information such as: message storage, messages recorded and sent, messages received, bad password disconnects, average accesses per day, new messages auto-deleted and archived messages auto-deleted.
- Single Digit Menu (SDM) Call Processing Summary Report
This report is used to track what callers do when they reach a particular ECP Mailbox. It tracks the total number of calls and shows the number of calls distributed to all allowable selections.
- Voice Mail Charges by Account Number
This report lists all recurring voice mail charges associated with a specific speed type number.
